Price Paid for an IS250/350?

Is everyone including taxes and fees when they state their price below MSRP ??
For example, if MSRP is $48,504 and you state you paid $42,900. This excluded tax + fees correct?
Really intrigued on what people are paying out the door for the 350. Fees and taxes included.

Sorta confused now - per your statements, we all thought you had an "in writing" deal on a 350 navi/ml for 41k out the door.
Anyway - on a 350 with a 48k msrp, folks here in CA are paying around 42k before TTL.
There have even been some impressive deals posted for FL - but nothing close to what you said your deal was.

I'm trying for $43k out the door and it's tough. I'm going back today to negotiate further. I was there for hours last night. They kept pushing me to lease which I considered, but I'm sticking to buying the car for now.
I'll keep everyone posted how I make out. So again, my deal as stands is for a hair under $41k for an IS350 with Nav, Blind Spot, white/red, but NO ML system option. The dealer pulled one on me here as well. It doesn't have the ML option, which is what I wanted, but not a deal breaker for me.
So, like many stated, it's never always what it's portrayed to be. I still think it's a good deal? Thoughts on the revised pricing?

Guys, there was a catch. The deal was $41k without taxes. It was not out the door as one person mentioned. I negotiated the price to $40,851 but they won't budge and obviously I have to pay taxes on that which would balloon the total to $44k most likely easily.

Get the ML option. It's a world of difference and I wouldn't have a 350 without it.

Because I could not stand the black 2014 I had I traded it for the 350 with the ML option. It is a huge difference I hear sounds coming from my stereo that I never heard before in my other 2014 car. And the sound is so much crisper and cleaner, it's the best sound system I've ever heard in any automobile
I have always wanted it but I never stepped up and got the 350 until now. And now I can never go back
I love music and I have a lot of songs on my iPhone which I play through the Bluetooth and I could not be happier with the car and the ML option
I'm not sure if people even know who Mark Levinson is and the type of home theater systems that he designs. he is very high end and is very highly respected in the home theater industry as having outstanding systems so for him to design one for a car to me is an option that I won't ever not have again

Says he needs to make money somehow...should I walk. Looking like a little over $43.5k out the door.

at that price and those two interest rates your basically splitting hairs for under $20 a month difference in payment. Just going to depend how much you want the car. Is it over 60 months? I got the 1.9% during december and it basically turns out to be $2500 over 5 years just for interest, hardly anything

Guys, my official 2014 IS350 deal was:
MSRP: $47,583 (F-Sport, Nav, Blind-Spot, white/red combo)
Negotiated Price: $40,826.33
Final Price + taxes + fees: $45,600.
0.9% financing over 60 months
Clearly, not $41k out the door, but how did I fare guys? Good, bad, so-so!?

The $41k OTD price before seemed impossible so I figured something was up there.

Definitely not bragging because why would I ask if it was a good deal if that was my intention? Makes zero sense. Just wanted feedback. Sounds like I made out ok from the few responses. Maybe I could I have pushed harder, but it didn't seem the manager would budge.
Also, he claimed that getting a ML option on these cars was next to impossible so I bypassed that. For sure he was full of it.
Thanks again everyone. I love this car. This site rocks.
