Wow - a 13+% discount - great deal - congrats!

See folks - CA is not the only place where the good deals are.

Also - way to go with the MSDs!

Thanks. I learnt a lot from this forum, specially the MSD. That was a really the best investment that one could do. Just did a rough calculation (total deposit was $2200 and reduced interest was $ 1200 so thats over 25 % APR return for $2200 ).

It means Multiple Security Deposits, 1 Security deposit = one monthly payment rounded to the nearest $25 dollar. and each one security deposit reduce the money factor by 0.00008 points. Base money factor is 0.00067 (for top tier credit) and 8 of them it means money factor will reduced by 0.00008*8= 0.00064. Now my new MF is 0.00067-0.00064= 0.00003. If you use this MF for lease calculation and compare it against the base MF you would be surprised of the outcome. (in my case reduction of monthly payment by $50). And its completely refundable and you will get the money upon maturity of u r lease. Maximum number of MSDs that you can do is 9. In my case it was not possible to do the 9 th one as it gets MF in to negative value and its not possible.

First post short time lurker. Just joined the 2014 IS 350 F Sport AWD UW / RR family on Saturday. Used the Costco discount ($700 over invoice) - recent graduate discount $1000 = $300 under invoice plus 0.9% financing @ 60 months. Cross traffic, ML, Navi, trunk mat / rear bumper protection included.

Was originally offered the 1.9% financing, but when I kept declining the add ons (carpet / seat / paint protection etc)...the finance guy reduced all the add on's to (cost)...his words haha.....then reduced my rate to 0.9% so including the add ons my monthly payment actually went down. Accepted some of the add ons (Key replacement and Wheel Curb rash Coverage).

Our sales man kept telling us that we were driving too slow on our test drive and egged us on up some awesome canyon roads. Best salesman ever!

That is great explanation. Thank you. Really appreciate it.

Just work out a deal for my cousin at Longo.
IS350 with luxury package, navi, rear sunshade, parking assist, black on black.
MSRP: 48012
Negotiated price: 42200
24 month lease 12k / year
$0 drive off
Monthly payment: $464.91 including taxes.
MF: .00085
Residual is 71%

Is this a good deal?

Is everyone including taxes and fees when they state their price below MSRP ??

For example, if MSRP is $48,504 and you state you paid $42,900. This excluded tax + fees correct?

Really intrigued on what people are paying out the door for the 350. Fees and taxes included.

Sorta confused now - per your statements, we all thought you had an "in writing" deal on a 350 navi/ml for 41k out the door.

Anyway - on a 350 with a 48k msrp, folks here in CA are paying around 42k before TTL.

There have even been some impressive deals posted for FL - but nothing close to what you said your deal was.

I would jump on IS350 F sport if I could get it for $41k OTD, do you guys think it would happen on December to remember sales event?

No. Usually that is before taxes and licenses. As that would change depending on your location.

No - unless you live in a location that has no sales tax
