don't do it. since most people are getting around 43k+ for just another 2k you can have brand new car.
unless you don't mind having a car that has 15k miles on it. i wouldn't imo, but thats just me.

Like others have said, don't do it. Most people have been able to get their new IS350 F-Sport ML for $1-2K more, with some actually paying less than what they're offering you. If you aren't willing to pay that $1-2K more, maybe try looking for a new one without ML, as that will easily get you close to the price of that used car.

Very nice. I assume no Mark Levinson. I've seen your model go for around $450-475 with $1,800 down on previous posts.

I never understood why folks are getting 27 month leases though. We're already paying registration for the next year at month 24, so why not go 36 months?

Agree - .00165 is a terrible money factor - increases the payment dramatically.

They're ripping you off bro. Your MF should be .00075. Either check them or go to another dealer.

MF of .00075 is apparently only available to Lexus loyalty members. It's a minimal difference in payment of about $11-12 less per month in payment, which is fine with me! Not minimal to me at all! But in any case, the lowest he would be able to do is .00120.

So looks like I'm riding out my lease for another 2-3 months and then I'll figure out what I want to do because I don't want to figure out paying $1000 to pay off my current lease + $1500 down to Lexus to get into a car now, I'm not desparate at this moment. You guys will be hearing from me, appreciate the input!!

Thank You...no mark levinson, for some reason there weren't any around.

I went with 24 month because I need a smallish car for the time being and I have major commitment issues.

Finally got my deal worked out. Decided to go with Lexus of Chandler, AZ

2014 IS 350 F Sport
Nebula Ext / Black NuLuxe Int
F Sport Package
ML Premium Audio
Blind Spot Monitor
Trunk Mat
Cargo Net
Wheel Locks
Bumper Applique

MSRP = $48,098
Price agreed upon = $43,900
(Discount of $4,198)

$43,900 = Vehicle Price
+ $489 = Doc Prep Fee
+ $678.28 = License/Title
+ $3,424 = Sales Tax (Arizona @ 7.8%)
===============================
$48,491 Total Price

After some further working, we managed to come to an agreed upon price of $48,000, out the door, including TTL.

I'm not sure where he took off the remaining $491 to get us to that price, but the bottom line is $48k, which I'm satisfied with.

Financed with Navy Federal for an APR of 1.75%.

The car is on the way from Japan and my ETA for delivery is the 24th of this month.
