Don't worry - his quote was probably for a 250 and the dealer will apologize for the error

Guys, please stay tuned. I had to reschedule my dealer appointment because my flight was delayed from NY today. I'm going Thursday or Friday depending on work. Honestly, I think the dealer just wants me to show up to then negotiate further in person and say my offer isn't possible. Not sure at this point other than a single email stating he would make it happen for the car I want (IS350) and my exact options. At the end of the day, I'm not buying it. I'll let you guys know how I end up late this week with the deal. I'm selling my G37S and hope to be in this car by the weekend.

But to be clear, I'm working 3 different local dealers right now and they specifically know I want the IS350 with my earlier mentioned options and color scheme. There's no confusion here.

I'll follow up with everyone end of this week to see it they're full of it.

Thanks for the update MiamiGuy - hope everything works out - yours is going to be an interesting deal to follow.

Just under $6k off msrp - sounds like a solid deal.

Who is the dealer?

Keyes Lexus. I thought I could get $10000 off of msrp, but he said no.

I think I got a good deal with $47000 OTD, IS350 f-sport with ML which I’m very happy about. However they gave me an interest rate of 3.44%/60mos with a credit score of over 800.

I want some precious opinions from you guys. Do you think I should refinance somewhere? Does LFS charge pre-payment penalties? I heard something like add-on interest which auto loan will charges interest as if the initial money borrowed is outstanding for the entire loan period. Does LFS do the same thing? I don’t think I can get 0.9% as some of the people here, but 2.0% is my goal. BTW, I did ask them about the 0.9%, they said no one can get that special rate, only for IS 250. Obviously, they lied =(.

Don't know if it will help but recommend scheduling a face to face meeting with the general manager of the dealership. If they in fact lied to you, that is seriously unethical business practice. Make it clear to the gm that if the situation cannot be corrected to your satisfaction, you intend to write to the state attorney general's office to lodge a complaint.

Who is the dealer so that all us CA shoppers have a heads up?

Congrats on the car - aside from the finance smoke and mirrors, you got a great deal.

When I got my IS350F from Longo about a week ago, they told me pretty much anybody above 720 should qualify for the 0.9%. Good luck and hope you get it worked out.

That's pure dealer shenanigans. I purchased my IS 350 last week and got 0.9%, my score is 738. I'd tell them 0.9% or no deal that's not right.

Pulled the trigger on a 2014 IS 250 AWD with F Sport. MSRP 45083 and purchase price $39000. Leased it for 2 years for $ 252 +tax per month with only acc fee+doc fee down. MF is 0.00003 after doing 8 MSD. What do you guys think about the deal?
