Just registered here at the site and I would like to thank everyone for posting valuable information regarding lease deals/terminology. Just thought I would disclose the terms of the lease I signed here in TX:
2014 white/black IS 350 F sport - Nav, BSM, etc. (No Mark Levinson)
MSRP - $47,500
Negotiated price - $42,500 (includes college rebate)
MF - .00125
36 months @ 12,000 miles
Down payment - $3,000 to cover all taxes on the sales price of the car
Monthly payment - $475
Pick it up this weekend and I can't wait. This will be quite an upgrade from my Honda Accord.

First post...planning on being a part of this community... I currently have a year left on my 2013 FR-S lease...got it the second week it came out. Put 1500 down (including first month's payment) and pay about $396 a month. First new car, hyped up car, over excited...I think I got hosed pretty good. 3 years, 12,000 miles. The car has been in a few fender benders (not my fault) so I'm planning on turning it in at the end of the lease.
I've become enamored with these redesigned Lexus models. I am absolutely in love with the RC as I'm a fan of coupes, but I would also really consider an IS 350 F Sport, if nothing else but to save some money. I'm saving up now, and by next June when my lease ends, I should have at least 10K.
So by this thread, you guys are telling me I could put down 5-8k on an IS350 F Sport and have a payment not too far from the 400/month I'm paying now? Are these negotiated prices you're getting pretty common? I was thinking that I might have to stretch a bit or possibly save more if my payements were going to be around 6/700 a month, but you guys are getting great deals. Appreciate any comments/input.

''Multiple Security Deposits" Look it up if you want.
what this does is lowers you interest rate on the lease (you could deposit up to 9 deposits)
saves you about 40 - 70 dollars a month (depending on the situation) and at the end of the Lease you get you money back no questions asked. Reason why you never want to give money down you never gonna keep the car or if you total the car you lost that money, so why lose 3700$ if you could make a small investment, in the sense it saves you 40 - 70 a month and you get you money back at the end. It does alot better then sitting in a bank not really collecting much. If you have any other questions just let me know. ENJOY that NEW CAR bud!

NIce ! enjoy the car ..... Just a quick question out of curiosity, im assuming since you're in TX the Money factor (interest rate) must be different. But did you get Tier 1+ for your loan ?

Yes, I qualified for tier 1. On the print out of the lease deal they gave me during the negotiation, it stated that the MF was .00125 for a credit score of 730 or higher.
