I just bought a 2014 black on black 250 F sport:

Nav w/ rear camera
Blind spot monitor
rear bumper applique
cargo mat

OTD with taxes (minus tags ~$300) $41,500

That sound like a decent deal?

OTD price doesn't really mean much as each states taxes, license and doc fees are different. What was the MSRP, invoice and final negotiated price before government fees?

So you got almost 1800 below invoice. That's really good. What were the rebates you got?

I got a 750 rebate through the dealer, and a 750 rebate for active duty military.

We bought a Brilliant White 350 F Sport with Nav, BSM and a couple other small options (the most common dealer configuration) for $43600 which was USAA pricing.

I used the USAA carbuying service as well but they didnt offer the lowest price and rebates that the other dealer did (and this included USAA's 1.09% financing as well). Again, this was after some negotiating of course, and the USAA dealer was 7hrs away vice only 2 for the one I bought from. Either way, for those former and active military members on this forum, I highly recommend USAA's car buying program to at least give you a good starting point to which you can negotiate with the local dealers.

To be fair my dealer wasn't a USAA dealer either, they just met the price I spec'd out on on the USAA site for the identically equipped model they had in stock (and I wanted). As much as I hate SoCal sometimes, having 3 dealerships within 40 minutes makes getting a good deal easier.

I hear you and that is exactly what I did, however most of it was over the phone and through email as doing 2hr and 7hr drives to the dealers gets old (and expensive!) very quick. Anyways, I didn't know about the program going in so I was lucky I stumbled upon it to start my bidding war.
