What's this obsession with OTD? Fees and taxes vary by city and state and are meaningless to compare.

That's what I was thinking. I traded a vehicle so my taxes got lowered by $1k. I think it was $42,000 OTD

That price is probably before tax and license fees.

2014 IS 350 RWD F SPORT +Navi +Blind Spot

MSRP $47,008

Deal is:
$399.84 per month
27 month lease
12,000 miles per year
$4,765 total out of pocket ($3,600 in MSDS plus $1,165 down)

Obviously I understand all the details are not here but I am just wondering if anyone has any initial thoughts looking at this deal? Also I know that Lexus Financial will allow you to extend a 27month lease to 33month lease using the same monthly payment. Basically it would be silly to opt for anything but a 27 month lease imo. Thanks much for your input!

Does that include any kind of incentives or rebates?

I was referred to the salesman through a friend that knows him personally so i'm sure that had a little to do with the price, but no incentives/rebates specifically.

im curious about this, my dealer told me that there was no reason for me to buy the MSD's because i have perfect credit, they said you can buy down the money factor with each MSD and each MSD is equivalent to 1 months payment.
did you qualify for the tip tier financing?

Cool

I recently purchased a IS 350 RWD. I got the Navigation and Premium pkg so it's fairly loaded:

Sticker price: $45,876
Sale Price: $41,360
Final OTD price: $44,300

My vehicle also has cargo net and trunk mat, wheel locks, park assist, rear cross-traffic and BSM, 2 years of free oil changes and window tint.
I purchased the my car from Dawn Betrus at Sewell Lexus in Dallas. She was awesome and was the BEST car-buying experience I ever had. I highly recommend Sewell Lexus of Dallas--NO BS from them.

In south Florida Edmunds and Truecar are posting paid prices average 300 below invoice. December probably is going to be a good month to buy if this trend continues

MSRP of $45,083

Deal is:
My Price: $41,471.00

This includes cargo net and trunk mat, wheel locks, tints, and all weather mats. I'm in NY and looking at an early December delivery date. What do you guys think of this deal?

You got a really good deal. Just double checking, when you say sticker, you're talking about the invoiced price on the fact sheet of the car? So MSRP would be higher than 45,876?

Either way you got a great deal! If MSRP is even higher than 45k you got a kick butt deal.

I would say you getting a good deal.
I have a 2014 IS250 F sport Obsidian/black with Nav/Blind spot/Rear cross traffic and all that you mentioned above as well. My sticker price was 43k, the taxes were another 4k equaling 47k. I manage to talk them down to 42,227 OTD. It was the end of the month and i had cash in hand..
