Congrats!
Came with Nav and BSM but not ML. Given all the ML issues I keep seeing on the threads, I seem to have lucked out not getting that. And the car was white with the red interior, which is what I was going to get from the Lexus dealership. Bonus bonus!

So I finally picked up my 2015 is250 F sport Atomic silver/Rioja red interor for 40.5k. out the door The process only took 1 hour and a half. I think I got a decent deal for being my first time leasing. Residual was 72% of msrp $43,500. Money factor they gave me was 0.0014 I know it's not the best but my credit is not tier 1 it's just a few points away it's for 24 months / 12k. My monthly payments will be $429 which is not bad considering it's a $40k+ car.

Okay, I am ready for all the comments saying they took advantage of me. Let me have it lol...

Still and all, a really decent price - very low miles and you saved a ton of money!

You don't provide enough details to give a meaningful opinion of your deal but you sound happy with it and the car - so congrats and enjoy it!!

I got a white IS 350 F sport w/ blind spot monitoring, ML audio/nav, and the radar cruise for $50K out the door (after TTL). I think it was roughly 2K off MSRP. I had to special order it - this was in late Feb. The car is in state today, I'm hoping to finally pick her up this week!

For what it's worth, we have a local credit union that gave me 1.5%

You don't give the selling price but based on the the above numbers, are they basing the lease on a selling price right around $44k? If so, that's about a 10% discount - in my opinion, you might be able to get another $1k off which would get your payment to around $420 incl tax.

If you aren't already, recommend getting multiple dealers involved to see if you can get a bit more discount - 10% is good - 12% is better - more than 12% would be a killer deal.

Let us know how it goes.

i would need to double check but another dealership gave me 583 with tax 1k drive off and selling price of 45544 (MSRP 49048). so I'm assuming its low 40s for selling price if its 449 with tax. hope that makes sense.

Default IS 250/350 Prices

You can normally get $1,500-$2,500 OFF from INVOICE not from MSRSP.

Just to clarify - your 449 deal looks like a pretty good deal. If we had the actual selling price, we'd know for sure. Where are you in CA? Here in SoCal we have numerous Lexus dealers which creates lots of competition and helps greatly in the negotiation process. That 583 dealer does not sound like they want to seriously compete for your business.

Using the quote button would help us know who you are responding to (or use the other poster's screen name to show who your post is meant for).

Thanks

Quick question: Is the Destination Charge included in the MSRP when doing the "percentage off MSRP" calculations?
Thanks.

I consider destination charge as part of the total price so I include it in all calculations and negotiations. It's also a good idea to insist that dealers include it in their quote information.

Destination fee is part of the Invoice and MSRP (the same cost in both cases).
Interestingly I was told that the destination fee is the same everywhere, even if you buy from a dealer just down the street from the factory.
