After Seeing This I might Have to Trade for the 3IS
Wow is all I can say about this...I spotted it earlier and then say the video and was amazed, and to make it better the rim dimensions and offsets from the 2IS will work on it as well. The interior is amazing to me in all aspects and then the sleek exterior look when lowered and have the Vossen CV5's just makes it perfect IMO....i'm biased when it comes to the CV5 lol

Wrong option packages and grouping, plus an ugly rear, means I'm going to be with my 2IS for awhile. Considering what the competition has out (none of which I like), I'm really disappointed.
I'll reserve final judgement until I see/drive one in person, but seems like you can't have performance and luxury options together anymore.
Glass half-full; now I can continue modding the 'ole 2IS.

After spec'ing one out on the website, I completely agree.

I'd be interested to hear what you think of it after a thorough look-over, especially in regard to the options and packaging vs. the new IS.

For the Infiniti Q50, I find the front not that bad. At least Q50 has all the front lights (headlights, fog lights and DRL) in 100% LED as standard equipment
But it is the rear that doesn't look good to me. The main issue I am having is the two horizontal metal strips. Understand it is Infiniti design language. The horizontal metal strips might look better on a bigger Infiniti car such as the M37/M56 though. But for Q50, it makes the car less sporty look. Probably the target market is different than the one for the IS.
Technology wise, it is an interesting car loaded with novel technology like adaptive steering with no physical linkage between the steering wheel and the wheel and rely on 3 computers(fail-safe) and front camera to operate.
The interior looks better in person.
Still, I would choose 3IS as it has the 60/40 fold-down seats. Plus I can reuse some stuff from 2IS.
