Yeah my 2010 ES lease had equity too and I was able to trade out of it and pocket some money...

Default IS350 from Orlando

I'll be moving to STL and I was wondering if its a good idea to lease an IS 350 from somewhere like orlando which they have pretty good deals as this page says: http://www.lexusoforlando.com/lexus/...e=lexus-dealer , I liked the part when there is no dealer fee DD I know I have to buy a flight ticket from STL to orlando (~$200) + gas (900 miles: $125) + 14 hours of drive which I might be able to stay with a friend in Atlanta to avoid hotel fee.
The STL deal on IS 250 is $349 per month (27 months) and 2700 down 10k miles per year. (http://www.mungenastlexusofstlouis.c...ls_newVehicles)
but Orlando's is $299 for 24 months and $2500 down and no dealer fees although its 7500 miles per year which I know it is very weird!

I don't know if I buy the car from one state and move to the other one, what cost items will be changing, obviously tax changes, what else?

Cheers!

Bear in mind if you lease for only 7,500 miles a year, the drive back is 12% of your mileage for the first year.

I leased a IS250 last month from STL and got an incredible deal. I flew in from out of state b/c STL offered the best deal out of the 10 dealerships I contacted in multiple states.

MSPR = 44,400
Sales Price = 40k
2k under invoice.
0 down, pmt = $400/month (15k miles/year, 27 months)

Message me if you want the contact info of the salesperson.

Default Help needed!

Hey guys,

New on the forum here, appreciating all of the info. I'm trying to lease a 350 white/red f-sport for 27 months. Just started making the rounds to the dealers and I'm trying to get 44k out the door or around a $400/mo payment. Is that too aggressive of an offer or not enough? Any thoughts are much appreciated!

Alright so leased for the first time and got the 2014 Lexus IS350 AWD f Sport on 3/31/14.

Wondering if I got a good deal?

Model: 2014 Lexus IS350 AWD FSport ultra white with black interior, Blind Spot with Rear Cross Traffic, Navigation package (includes the backup camera), assessor package (trunk mat, cargo net, wheel locks, rear bumper appliqué ).

Total MSRP: $48,953

Negotiated to $46,000.
27 month lease. 10K miles/year
First month payment rebate.
So I gave $2499 down payment which includes:
Cap cost reduction: 1249.56
Title+registration fees: 168.00
Tax on cap cost reduction: 54.85
Acquisition fee: $700
Tax on upfrnt: 49.00
Doc fee: 289.00

Residual value is $35,246.16
Rent charge: 1632.37

Monthly payment $450 (all taxes included) for 26 months (first month paid by Lexus rebate)

Also ended up getting the Lexus excess wear and tear up to $7500 total + Simonized interior and exterior glass coating for the lease for $15.59 more each month.(405.34 total for the wedges wear tear stuff after 26 months).

So total monthly payment each month 465.59. (All taxes included).

I don't know the money factor (and I never asked)? But I have perfect credit, my score when they pulled was 850 out of 900.

This is the first time I leased so I don't know if I got ripped off or not?
