Yea. That what my local dealership, Stevens Creek said.

They have a IS 350 F Sport in the showroom that is sold w/ a delivery date of 7/1.

...I'm assuming the buyer paid full MSRP..lol

They said you could drive it home tonight? But that's not true right? Could it be the cute little vixen sales person is lying like a sociopath? Perish the thought.

Probably. I'm assuming there's something that says that dealerships can only sell starting the month of July!

I wonder when lexus.com will update so you can "build your lexus" for the 2014 IS instead of the 2013?

My Lexus Dealer, Clear Lake Lexus in Houston, has 8 cars. Two for test driving, six for sale. None has a 'sold' sign on them. None in Arctic Silver, they have black, 'normal' Silver, white (sorry these aren't the official names).

I really like this car. It looks very nice in person, it is a good size for 2 people who only sometimes carry passengers. I was not able to get in one but the seats, even on the non F-Sport look very nice and have good bolsters (unlike the 328 non-sport). Love that I can get ventilated seats without paying a ton for an option package with stuff I don't want. Oh and the new fold down rear seats check all my squares.

Now it is a matter of seeing if there are any early adopter issues, waiting for the price to come down, and wondering if I want to wait for the rumored 4cyl Turbo engine.
