after six long months, and the last two months were with rental stipid cars, june has arrived


I will call my lexus dealer every day until I push the start button of my own 2014 lexus is350.

I don't get it.. did you order 6 months ago?
And why did you rent cars for 2 months? That's probably more expensive than the depreciation of a beater you could have bought for 2 months...

Did you order one back then? If so, congrats. If not, you should start talking to your dealer as there are very few 350s being produced in this first shipment.

no, I didn't but it have been six months sence i first saw the 3IS and from that day i decied that its the best car for me.


then 4 months later i ve sold my 2011 avalon. becuse i need the money to afford the new IS.

I put my order in about a week earlier. It was a special order as there are no 350 RWD arriving in the Eastern region of the US per the production schedule. I was told that it would arrive with the first shipment mid July. Even if the order was for one already produced, the arrival has been delayed until July for all, per my dealer.

Considering the news has spread for the past few weeks that the IS launch was pushed to July I wouldn't recommend that. You don't want to **** them off, just like you don't want to **** people off who handle your food

Last call one guy told me it'll be released on the first of July . Also I'm waiting for a call from a friend at Lexus to either conform that or give us new updates.

Ahh the memories..

Reminds me of my first 2001 Lexus IS300...!!
I left the Hamptons 4th of July weekend (early), so I can go pick up my new ride on July 3rd, 2000.

I special ordered my build in April of 2000, so I can get it exactly the way I wanted it..

Lexus have called me and they confirmed that the new 3IS launch party will be on the 28th of June.

"Launch Party" are simply the key words. Meaning they will have at the minimum 1 3IS for guests and people to look at. Sales begin in July.
