2014 IS 250 Leasing Q
So I'm looking to trade in my BMW and get an IS 250 and took my car to a dealer today. I was quoted at $350/month for 36 months with $3,400 down for a 2013 AWD w/navi. My question to you gentlemen is whether or not I will be able to get the same or similar if I wait for a 2014 model w/navi? I would prefer AWD but wouldn't mind RWD if I could get the 2014. Sorry if it's a noob questions but I've always owned and never leased before so I'm trying to make the best possible decision.

There's no way you'll get close to a 2013 deal with a new 2014. They will be in short supply at first, sell at sticker, and have little to no factory suppor for APR's or money factors (bad for leases). It won't be until the dead of Winter when some deals start surfacing. So if money is going to be your deciding factor here, don't count the new body style until a good half year has passed.

By all accounts the new IS250 is a fairly lack lustre car. Pony up for the IS350, or look at alternatives. The S60 T5 and the ATS 2.0 would be at the top of my list.

start price for 2013 350 is going to be $2k less... and they will probably have some lease specials to start with, like they did for GS... I would never buy old car for $3k discount, new one seems a lot better.
