I usually don't like chrome accents and prefer everything F sport, but the grille on the 300h in the demonstration looks better to me, IMO. Less cheap yet just as aggressive. Does anybody else think so?

need to see a F Sport in dark gray. This car does not look that good in white, same thing with the LS460 F Sport. Both cars look better in dark gray. It mellows out the grille more.

Color does make a huge difference when looking at the front end as a whole. IMO the fsport does flow a lot better with dark colors, I'm just waiting to see what it looks like in black then I can make a call. But I am digging the conservative grill on the non fsport.

Non FS all the way for me. I'm sure someone will make an agressive lip kit for it.

I just wish Lexus did not replace the Dark Graphite Mettalic or whatever it used to be called with Nebula Gray. I saw the NG in person and to me it is a very flat gray and only looks very good when nicely shined up and a light hitting it to make it pop. Other than that it is rather dull.

I agree with Macmaster. I'm usually all for F-Sport but I prefer the grille on the non-F-Sport. The F-Sport grille might look OK if it had a horizontal bar dividing the upper and lower parts like some of the other Lexus vehicles. Other than the grille, I like everything else and would still be tempted to go for the F-Sport version. Maybe it looks better in person but I'll have to wait until then.

I think you're referring to Smoky Granite Mica. I like the darkness of SGM better but I wish it had more metallic shine to it like NGP.

I agree with Wunko and macmaster but the F-sport version grows on me, after how it looks with a licence plate from the Lexus Europe video. However, the concern is without the fogs. It is troublesome to put the fogs back just like what the GS folks have done for the GS F-Sport North American version.

It is a pity to see the F-sport without fogs whereas BMW 3-series M package has it. So to say due to European competition, the argument is very lame for Lexus if the IS F-Sport ends up fogs free.

I like the F Sport grill more - very sporty. The none F sport grill looks like a cheese grader to me.

i like the shape of the non fsport bumper(+ it has fogs) but i like the fsport grill better. wonder if the fsport grill fits the regular bumper

I like the lower bumper of the standard car, but the grill looks out of place to me with the straight slats on the top, and the mesh type lower grill.

Nothing cheap looking about the F-Sport grill IMHO, its high quality glossy black.

I started this thread, but here's my further assessment;

Standard grille looks more V.I.P. to me and F-sport looks more Scion/boy racer-like. One is not better than the other, that's just how I see it. So depending on how you plan to mod your car, it might matter.
