Have had my 2014 IS350 F-Sport premium in Ultra White/Rioja Red since July 2014. Am enjoying the car for the most part - just miss the manual transmission and working seat heaters of my Acura TL which the Lexus replaced.

Hi guys originally I owned an '11 matador red ISF with I/H/E series 2. Great car and there wasn't much faster on the road, but let me tell you why I'm happier without it. Current vehicle is a 2015 is350 fsport awd series 3 black on red.
Style: the exterior and interior are miles ahead of the last generation, I have no problem giving up some power for it (no more 1983 green clock, a dash that had less style than my 94 integra, hated the faux exhaust)
Powertrain: while I won't be running 12's anymore, that's ok. The awd system and smooth delivery of power is so much more pleasant for daily driving, and still feels quick enough to play.
Technology: dynamic radar, heated/ac seats and heated steering wheel, the drive mode selection, the ML system absolutely ****s on the older one, last but certainly not least SLIDING TACH (enough said)
Maintenance: the costs are very different, I paid $1800 for front pads/rotors/labour (northern canada prices at toyota are 199.95/h and lexus is 140/h) I know labour was a big factor but parts were a fortune.
I'm personally much happier in this car for all these reasons and probably more. I would like to say hi to everyone here. I look forward to learning about this new generation and contributing as best I can.
Drive safe!

2014 IS 350 AWD F-Sport
For the IS line I went all out. This is my second Lexus. She's a 2014 Ultra White with black leather. F-Sport edition with all wheel drive. Her journey to Texas starts today after transport carrier picks her up in Maryland. Can't wait to get behind the wheel!

I love my new car! I got it November 30, 2014.
2015 IS 250 F-Sport RWD Ultra White/Rioja Red with Blind Spot Monitoring, Navigation Package, and various other small accessories.
Living in Michigan, I had to change out the summer tires for Continental SportContact All-Season tires (although maybe I should have just gone with winter tires).
I just bought an All-Fit Automotive Front Lip for the car and plan to install it as soon as the weather gets a bit better.
Other mods I hope to do in the near future:
-F Sport Air Intake
-R*SR Half-Down Springs
-Vossen VS1 Wheels
-Stealth Chrome Turn Signal Bulbs
Open to new ideas and suggestions!
