I have a 2011 IS250 RWD 6MT... did these ever come with an LSD in the rear end? Other than trying to see if it can easily do doughnuts (like the LSD in my S2000 ) how would I know?

No ISX50 comes with LSD but you can buy one to install search the forum.

^I don't recommend the Super Lock; you want either the "TCD" OS Giken or the "silent" ATS LSD. 2010+ IS-F LSDs will work in the IS350 rear carrier too.

But to answer your initial question, no...NONE of the 2IS (IS-F excluded) did not come with an LSD.

The only IS models to have an LSD were the 2001-2005 IS300 (Optional) and 2010-2014 IS F (All).

The 2IS non-LSD differentials are actually what Lexus calls a Semi-LSD, it has a pre-load mechanism to provide some additional grip at very low speeds, but they're basically just open diffs.

The IS300 and Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ can be used in RWD IS250's and the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ can be used in 2009+ AWD IS250's.

2013-2016 Manual and 2013-2020 automatic have the same diff, 4.10:1 with LSD. 2017-2020 manual changed to 4.30:1.

All can be used on an IS250 RWD. The 2009-2015 IS250 AWD needs a 4.10:1 to match the front diff gearing.

2006-2008 IS250 AWD can use an Altezza RS200 or JZX100 Mark 2 Grande diff (full assembly part number 41110-53060, differential only part number 41301-53010).
