Default Replacing stock Suspension with IS F sport

I wanna to replace 06 GSE20 suspension.
And I find This ISF sport shock from lexuspartnow.
Do anyone know if this going to fit my car.
And what other parts do I need to purchase together in order to replace the stock suspension system (e.g. spring)?

Those are a great option, and you don't need anything else to make them work, but the matching F Sport springs would be a good idea.

Other options in that price range are coilovers from Megan Racing or BC Racing.

They both are pretty comfortable imo. You can set preload as well as dampening on both coilovers to make them stiffer or softer to your liking. The BC's come OTB with stiffer springs however. Just depends on how comfortable your looking for

I am on the same boat! My car is on the original suspension with over 125k miles on them and debating weather to replace the struts or just get a set of BC Racing coils. I am not looking to go really really low but it is nice to have the options to adjust the heights and damping level to my preference).
The best part is that they only cost a few more hundred more than the struts. One of the local shop have a deal for BC Racing Coilovers, only $1,100 installed including Alignment.

No personal experience here, but I think your best bet for comfort/price is going to be Megan Racing EZ Street coilovers.
