Just installed the headlights today with new xenon depot Xtreme 5000k HID low beams. Looks very good and installation went well.
At first, the HID was not working until figured out that the relays that was included in the kit was the problem. After removing the relays, the HIDs worked fine. So if anyone is installing Xtreme HIDs from xenon depot, no need to use the relays. The lights do not flicker.
Will post up some pictures tonight.
Thanks again for your help whitebeast and I really appreciate you stopping by to help me troubleshoot the HID situation!

Before picture of passenger side headlight. Yellow coloring is not as bad as the driver side.
Bumper removed. Very yellow coloring and hazy headlights due to moisture inside.
Headlight back cover came with a pre-drilled hole and grommet for retrofit HID kits (very convenient). I had to make a small cut because one of the HID connector is too wide to pass through. I used a kitchen knife.
HID retrofit kit installed
This is what it looks like on the inside with H1 high beam and H7 low beam.
Installation complete. This was taken at about 3PM.
Low beam OFF, Fogs OFF, High beam with LED on as city lights. Taken at about 7:30PM. still a bit bright out.
Low beam ON, LED ON, Fogs ON. HID from the previous owner who apparently had two different type of ballast lol. Will upgrade fogs to matching lights in the near future when I decide to install body kit and restore the fog light lens.
Side view
9PM. All lights ON
Engine ON. Light switched OFF. Light is from High beam.

I want this so bad but VIPMOTOZ is out of the black ones for the time being. looks like he only has the chrome housed one with smoked lenses-not my cuppa tea. There are a bunch of other ones from ebay but they look like the old ones.

Without rewiring, the car will default to use high beam light as DRL when the engine is on. When the light switch is set to auto, during the day the high beam will be on while at night the low beam and LED will be on. Not a big deal to me.

The highbeam light will turn on at 50% brightness when the engine is on acting as DRL. When you turn the light handle one click to the city lights, the high beam light turns off and the LED light turns on. Ill verify later. LED light stays on when low beam is on. If you want LED to be on as DRL when engine is on, rewiring is needed. Theres another thread that can show you how.

Can probably get to the bulbs without removing the headlight by removing the air filter for the passenger side and the washer fluid tube on the driver side to access the headlight back cover. Will probably be a pain in the *** though since there are 6 screws and very little room to work with so i'm hoping none of the lights fail lol. But removing the headlights is actually quite easy. I was intimidated at first but just follow the videos/guides and it can be done in less than 15 minutes once you get comfortable.

Deep review on ebay Headlight - New Version
I've noticed that the eBay ones are pretty much the design replicated from the ones by Spyder Auto. Are they the same? If not, what's difference? Build quality?
