Bigger factory rotors for is350?

No, not unless you also swap out the calipers too.
Now, I have yet to try this out, but this is a completely stock "kit" that I'd hope would work on our IS350 hubs. Don't have any confirmations on if the rotors fit on the hub and if the calipers simply bolt-up to our existing knuckles; but after some research, the knuckles of the two vehicles do appear the same.
