Default how do I remove exhaust o2 sensors

I'm about to remove the exhaust my my 07 and would like to know how to remove these sensors

Simple with a O2 sensor removal tool at your local car parts.

go to your local shop and ask for the tools, they have a spcial tool to open these. i cut the metal part when i install mine

Thanks.. any idea what size I need? Alao, I will be replacing them both. anything else I need to know? Like whew is the connector/wire harness?

It's a one size fit all but there a few different style choose one that work for you. But you have to pull the carpet back and depending on your skill some had to remove the seat other didn't. I would make sure you unplug it from under the carpet before turning the sensor lose. Other than that do a search to help yourself out.
