Quick question to anybody while I'm typing, if I have to I'll search later, but does this car have DRL's? and if they're not on would I need to go to Lexus to have them "enabled"?
Yes, in U.S. market DRLs are standard equipment, (I also have a 2007 IS350 wDRLs, 51K mi.).

Edit: I'll have to look into this all a bit more the lights I noticed missing are the city/parking lights.

I'm about to leave so I'm going to test my DRL/High Beams to see what they do

Installed these things today, pretty impressed with them. There is no orange or discoloration unfortunately that's just how these things show up in pics and videos. They look so good in person

And if the link below works, a little blinker action

The DRLs are the high beams at 30% brightness. If they are not on, the previous owner disabled them as part of their Lexus Personalized Settings (LPS). They can be re-enabled by the dealership (who may charge a lot of labor for the 5 minute job) or someone with access to a computer with Techstream on it and the corresponding USB to OBD-II cable.

There are also separate parking (aka city) lights, which should come on when the light stalk is 1 notch below Auto regardless of DRL being enabled or disabled.

That's a nice looking Evo! Only if Mitsubishi knew how to make all of their cars look and drive great as Evo...

Thanks for the info, I've come to the conclusion they are disabled, as they do not come on but I still have my high beams and that the city light bulbs are not there (assuming previous owner didn't like either of them) I'm ok with no DRL's, may try to do a clean city light setup, not sure yet.

I agree, they really should've stayed on course with the sporty/enthusiast side, they seemed to be good at it instead of the crappy general public cars
