That's the only damage.

Airbags didn't go off. Drove the car home 3 miles from the accident. Radiator wasnt damaged so the impact didn't go too far in. Just all on that passenger side front of the car

Probably not totaled. But that was a nasty hit. Hood, bumper, fender, headlight with brackets, splash shields. Wheel. Minor work on the door and pillar. Thats all i can see from the pics.

Yeah and I'm the at fault driver cause I rear ended someone...
large metal wheel barrel was in the middle of the road.. first car slammed brakes, 2nd car slammed brakes, I hit my brakes and tried to avoid guy in front of me and I skidded off to the median and hit him with the right side of my car.

Doing 40 in a 55... not tailing close either..

Doesn't look like it. Since air bags didn't go home and engine is working. But may have some frame damage.

It had a slight pull prior to the accident. Nothing different after the accident

Okay might be in good shape then. Now, I am by no means an insurance adjuster nor Paint and body guy. I do work in the industry, so I am just giving you my two cents

Parts will be pricey. 2012 Led Headlamp is gonna be like 6-800 alone. Id say around 3800-4800 when all said and done. Depends on the shop performing the work and their hourly rate.

Do you have any pics of the Pillar? That is the only thing that worries me

I'll take some in a lil... im assuming only the A pillar is relevant in my accident... those are the parts of the car that hold the windshield to the car rigjt?

0 damage to those if that's the case

I also went through progressives auto service center.. I'd assume they'd find the best shop financially so they don't have to pay as much for repairs

Correct. If the A-pillars crumple, kiss it goodbye.

Request OEM parts only from your insurance. Please don't let them cobble up a pretty lexus with afterhacket body panels.

If the damage cost more than what the vehicles bb value is then it's totaled. One of my ins co, years ago, did not total the vehicle even though the damage was more than what the vehicle was worth. Looks, from the pics, it's gonna be close to 8-10k including labor. Labor is roughly 90+ an hr. You have the fender, hood, bumper that need painting. That's a grip right there, if done at a good professional shop. The shop will add more to it to make more money, compared to the adjuster. Then you have internal replacement parts. Make sure your ins puts new parts on even though they're gonna try to use cheap used parts.

Florida's TLT (total loss threshold) is 80% of the value. Which means if the damage is 80% or more of the vehicle's value it will be totaled. I do not see 8-10k worth of damage there. He even said it drives the same and the radiator isn't leaking.

They will R&R the bumper, head lamp, fender, rocker panel, and some plastics. Maybe minor blend to pillar and door if they aren't damaged.

OP go to an adjuster then report back.
