2007 IS 250 w 210,000 miles. The car has developed a couple of exhaust holes/leaks. My plan is to repair rather than replace. First, I will remove everything from the headers back, then MIG weld the bad areas. The holes are primarily at heat shield welds. It looks like at least one connection/gasket is leaking at the CATs.

Can anyone recommend a source for the gaskets, nuts and bolts that I will need to replace?

PS - this is just mild steel, not stainless, correct?

142K, IS250. I can hear leaks around headers/cats but waiting to do something until check engine light. Removing from the headers back? Not much room there.When you finish the job please let us know.
