Default Another Check VSC warning light question

Hello all,

I've been trying to find the cause of the Check VSC light, but I've come up with nothing.
The check VSC, traction, brake, and abs warning lights come on randomly, but no CEL.
When i turn the car off and on again the lights will go away.

I can't pin point when it happens because it happens so randomly. I've also plugged in an OBD2 reader with the lights on, and got no codes.

I read in a few other threads that a bad speed sensor may be the problem. I got under the car and tried to play around with the sensors to duplicate the warning lights, but I got nothing.

I've also cleaned the MAF sensor, but the lights still come on at random times.

SO, does anyone have any ideas on what I can check to try to find the cause?

Thanks in advance all!

Try resetting the ECU or pulling the battery for a few minutes.

I already did that as well. That's for the suggestion though!

Anyone else have any ideas?

Yea, it's pretty irritating.
I'm completely out of ideas.

And i'm not sure if it would, but when I lived in Cali it seemed as long as you don't have a CEL and pass visual you should be good. I don't think the check vsc or the other warning lights would effect the car's emissions.

I'm not really sure what they could possibly do if the warning lights aren't even on.
I guess I could take it into the dealership as soon as it happens, but of course every time the lights come on I'm unable to take it to the dealership at the second.

I supposed it wouldn't hurt to give them a call to see if they have any experience/recommendations.
Let me know if you hear anything and I'll do the same!
