I feel the same...

On top of that, I feel that the car being slower because it sounds a lot louder but does not go any faster lol. It is like zrrrooooommmmm zrooooommmm (very loud) but still walking slowly. I have been debating going back to stock exhaust lately because when I drive loaner car, I feel their cars are a lot faster than mine especially in low end RPM (below 3500 RPM) and I'm serious.

However, when I go WOT, I feel the car pulls harder on higher RPM than the stock exhaust.

My speculation is that: the torque power band shift to the right--toward higher RPM with FSport exhaust. I can feel 3500 RPM -6400 RPM kicks in a harder than stock.

This thread is definitely making me not want an after market exhaust because I like the low end torque of the stock one.

I'm wondering if this is the same experience people have had on all after market exhausts?

Or are there some, like the Fijitsubo for example that may not have this effect because they do not open up the airflow as much.

Thoughts?

But the sound of my F sport exhaust is like music to my ears! lol. I love the sound! I'm no pro when it comes to mods/tuning in terms of performance. I'm pretty sure you have to add other stuff for everything to work properly/normal and to increase gains if any.
