Default Slow dragging/rubbing noise front end?

Recently replaced my front passenger hub assembly... due to this low airplane humming/ grinding noise even the shop stated that it was the hub/bearing.... have my car all fixed up went to go drive it and yet again this mysterious sound is right back on track.

It happens at between the speeds of 5-20 when my car is just rolling either backwards or forwards.

Any ideas of what to check out?
I have all new brakes, calipers and rotors. (3 months old)...

Check your tires. Might be cupped or feathered due to alignment issues. I've had a bearing sounding noise end up being tires on both me e36 BMW and my is. Usually when this is the case it will get slightly louder during moderately heavy braking
