Welcome to CL and congrats on your purchase! Stand your ground on the repair being done properly, Lexus dealer or not! Sucks to hear about the car. I am from Charlotte and come to hickory often. Glad to see another 2IS join the family. My budy has a dark gray 2IS in Hickory as well.
