Toyota headquarters contact info ?
Hi,
Can anyone provide me with Toyota direct contact email or telephone that serves also non US members?
I am having hard time searching with no results.
My car was imported from USA to my country Saudi Arabia , and there are 4 critical recalls but my dealer regret that and we only have one dealer and he wouldn't help me .
How can I contact Toyota to complain about my dealer ?
My car is lexus by the way not toyota.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me
thank you guys

Easiest way would be to pay to have the recalls done (you will likely need to find a shop in your country willing to do the work, then get the parts shipped over from the US), and submit the bills to Lexus USA for reimbursement.
Excluding Canada, no Toyota or Lexus dealer outside of the continental US will be able to perform recalls or other warranty work on your car.
This is a longstanding, and very common policy among most automotive companies. The Lexus distributor in your country did not sell your car and has no responsibility to maintain or service it in any way, but there are policies in place from Lexus USA for getting warranty work done when you are not close to an authorized dealership.
