I scheduled my appointment for last Thursday specifically for the recall and when I went to drop it off they told me they didn't have the parts in stock and it would take about three weeks to order them. Needless to say I wasn't pleased to have wasted my time driving all the way up there when they knew what the appointment was for.

Dealer: Hennessy of Duluth Ga.

I went to Lexus of Route 10 in Whippany. I quickly glanced at the ISF thread but no issues whatsoever with my car.

Scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance a Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria, VA (DC metro area). Dropped it off for 24 hourso and got a 2015 ES350 loaner. Very happy with service. No longer smell fuel through AC vents and the car seems to have a smoother acceleration on quick acceleration. Asked them the not wash the car and they obliged, was def a little worried there. Haven't had a chance to check under the hood to see if there were any similar issues to the ISF, but will report back. Gas tank was filled up too. Highly recommend getting this recall done ASAP.

^This is why it is brilliant for the dealers to offer NEW loaner vehicles! What's my chances on getting an RC loaner when my time comes? LOL!

Lol id call and see if they have any RC loaners first. I tried to ask them for a LS loaner but they said those are for LS and ES owners. My only options would be a GS and IS. Sadly they didnt have a GS for me to use.

getting this service done today. They are giving me free fuel as well. they did say they would give me half off if i wanted new spark plugs, 317 to be exact! My car isn't even at 60K but the guy was like it should be done based on how many years i have had it which si 6 years.

They gave me a 2015 RX with 5K miles on it.
