FYI - i just called my dealer, they needed to order parts, which takes about a week. They said 3-4 hrs to complete the work, and they provide a loaner of course.

Default Done

Took mine to Lexus of Concord just last Friday and they got it done on the same day. Great service. They treat customers with high regard. Had my oil changed at the same time. Got a 2014 IS250 loaner...now I know why everyone else recommends the IS350. Never really liked the exterior at first time I seen pics and vids. But upclose, it grew in me. Not a fan of the dash, reminds me of late 80's retro styling. The fit and finish is nice though.

Guess the first sa lied. Just spoke to another sa he said it will take 4-5 hrs. Have any of you guys ever ask for specific model when they give you a loaner?(would like to test a ct or 3is)

They did mine last week.

And because I got the spark plugs done at the same time they knocked an hour of labor of the bill.

Also...don't forget to bring your car into your dealer on "E".....cuz they will fill it up with Premium as Lexus requires them to do for recalls.

the ISF guys have been having a lot of issues with this recall, make sure you go to a reputable dealer! take pictures of your engine bay and miles before you drop it off.

getting ready to schedule an appointment to bring my 250 in. just read that thread in the ISF forums. do the non ISF models have the same plastic harness covers as mentioned in their thread? probably still a good idead to take pictures and miles before and after you drop it off.
