Default Installing drip molding Help

Guys,

So before i go outside in this frigid weather is there anything i have to keep in mind when installing the drip molding. i've never done it before and really don't know how it clips on.

I've attached pics to see if you guys can confirm if i have the clips oriented correctly.

The clips get epoxied to the vehicle, Lexus calls for 3M Scotch-Weld DP105 Clear Epoxy, but you may have something alternative that will work.

The clips are not directionally oriented, they can go either way.

Thanks Jeff. That makes a lot of sense now.

I'm not sure if this helps anyone but i ended up using West System 650K G/Flex Epoxy Kit. I mixed 60% Resin to 40% Hardener for added flexibility.

The initial results are great. Time will tell how it will hold up.
