Got mine as well.. Lexus here wants me to bring the letter in since they have not seen one yet. Manager of the service dept said they are "making the dashboards" and thus supply is not ready yet.

Between them fixing the Carbon issue and this, I am quite happy. Gonna be like a new car once I get my new tires Friday Lol.

Lexus will only replace the dash and panels if your car has issues with sticky dash and they will reimburse if you already paid for the fix. I also got the letter. My 2006 IS350 spends its entire life in NorCal and i have no issues what so ever

Just got my letter a few days ago as well. All this time I thought it was the car care products I was using and I used the good stuff like Leathereque.

Can't wait for Lexus to start rolling out this fix. They really know how to take care of their customers.

How many people from the bay area received this letter and what year was your car? I know it's probably VIN specific. I hope I get this letter soon.

I've got an 07, the dash only gets soft and sticky during the summer. Right now it's fine. I've been meaning to get a sun visor to put in it. No letter yet

Just got mine yesterday. They also give you a sticker to put on your manual that has the warranty info on it. I already had my Dash replaced over a year ago, but need my door panels replaced now. its nice to know they are covering it for years.
