IS350 Condensation in headlight
so my bulbs went on me last week, ordered a new set of hid bulbs morimoto 5k bulbs. before replacing my bulbs used to flicker on and off. I would just turn on and off head lights then they would work until one day they just completely stopped working. driver side headlight does have a bit of condensation in the headlight assembly and thats the headlight that does not work at all. i switched bulbs with the passenger side but still does not work. Passenger side works fine. You think it can be a bad ballast? Is there a way i can check the ballast with a volt meter, and is it worth replacing the ballast or finding a used headlamp on line since this one has condensation in it? Thanks any information is appreciated!

I would find a good used OEM pair or just the drivers side head light because you have a crack or broken seal in the old light and the bulbs won't last, you could check the voltage on the pass. side and then the drivers to compare but i would replace the headlight first and go from there. You already confirm the problem was the ballast after switching the bulbs. Just get another ballast and change it ur self. There is a video on youtube shows how to do it. But you'll have to take off the bumper tho....
