Default how do you do this to your engine bay?

how do you put those washer kits? i bought one and it doesnt stick. it just slides in lol

What are asking? Because your question doesn't make sense.

Those engine covers appear to be Carbon Fiber, and the parts are painted, powdercoated, or hydro dipped.
