So on Jan 2nd i bought a Gorilla Automotive Wheel Locks for my car via Longolexus and today i noticed that the item has not shipped so i contacted them and they responded this:

ME:

"Hi!

I bought this item on January 2nd and it has not shipped yet. What's the cause of the delay?"

Longolexus:

"It looks like we dropped the ball on this one. I'll be shipping the wheellocks today via UPS and I'll also be refunding your purchase price for your troubles.
