Default 2010 is250 is not starting

hello everyone. i own an is250 2010 and just two days ago it wont start. it lights up everything on the dashboard and also everything seem to look okay. the battery tested at 12v exactly when i checked it with my multimeter. i know that is not too good for my battery. i also took a look at my started relay fuse and it appears to be black at the bottom of the fuse. i was wondering if its normal or its a bunked out fuse. i wanted to see if that was the problem first before i check out my battery. it the clicking noise is two clicks and it goes back to the on position. there was corrosion on the negative terminal but i cleaned it off and it hasn't done the trick yet. here is te picture of my starter relay fuse. And i have looked at other forums but it didn't seem to answer what I was looking for. i checked the ohm on the fuse and it showed nothing. I'm not the greatest mechanic but know the basics. thank you.

Can you take a picture of where you took out that relay and I'll look at mine to see if there is any discoloration like yours there.

it should be the fuse box in the engine bay next to the battery. it's the only purple fuse on there. its dark so i wouldn't be able to take a picture until tomorrow. if u can compare that to yours that would be great.

just because a battery has 12V doesnt mean its good. It may not have the cranking amps to start the car. Take the battery to an auto zone or similar place to have it tested. When a battery becomes 3-4 years old you have to really be mindful of how well its cranking.

Thanks everyone who responded. I did have a bad battery and also a bad negative connection. Got a new battery and car wasn't still starting. I went and sand down the negative terminal and where it connected to on the car and it worked.
