This IS seems to have gone in a lot for "Thrust angle alignment performed". Never seen a carfax with so many. Does that mean there is a problem with it's alignment?

Sure seems like maybe the previous owner was complaining about some sort of vibration. Looks like all the brake pads were replaced and the rotors were also resurfaced. Kinda strange to see that at less than 25k miles.

1 tire mounted and balanced at 10k miles seems a bit suspicious. The many alignments is definitely a red flag. It's possible that the previous owner may have hit a sidewalk or something.

For peace a mind, I would look for a different car.

I would go test drive the vehicle and see how it feels, check to see if it tracks straight or pulls. Since its a lexus certified vehicle more than likely its ok. I would also ask for an alignment print out to show that everything is within spec.
