Last night I was hurry and put on the wrong battery terminal connector...I know, I'm so stupid and now my 07 IS 250 won't start
The car has interior lights, head lights and all the dash board lights are up. When I depress the brake and push the start button, there are nothing...silent. I didn't hear the engine crank or the starter either. The push start button is amber not green. I try to place the remote control on the push start button but still... I check the fuse and only the fuse from RAD NO.1 and RAD NO.2 burned. Local auto part stores don't carry the micro fuse. Can these fuse be the reason why the car won't start?

Oh, my bad... Yes, I connected the positive cable to the negative post and negative cable to positive post.

I put in a new battery for both the car and remote but still nothing...

if you jumped your car battery backwards you most likely blew the main fuse. this fuse is now like the normal fuses in the junction block under the hood. it is screwed in with either 2, 10mm screws or a combo of an 8mm and 10mm. which requires dismantling the fuse box junction under the hood and replacing that and any other fuses that might have been blown.

Where is the junction block located? Is that the fuse box in front of the battery? Do you have any diagram?

You seem kind of amped up. If so, it's understandable, but just slow down... relax and take your time here. You'll be less likely to make any mistakes.

Do you have a meter and know how to use it? Look in your owner's manual. If you don't have that, I'll check back later and post some info there for you.

Yes, there was a spark but no explosion...thanks God!
Yes, I do have a multimeter. Do I use it to test the fuse?

When I depress the brake, the push start button is not green... Would it be something wrong with the engine immobilizer?

Back on topic..... As stated by @kornpeef in post #6,first check the fusible link in the fusebox right next to the battery.
They are the big long silver ones adjacent to the battery as seen in the pics below and the second pic is someone that did the same as you and you should be able to see it burnt. Pain in the butt to change fusible links as you basically have to take the fuse box apart but much cheaper then if it fried something else.

Yep, kornpeef and harper7 are right! It was the fusible link that burnt. Now gotta call the "dealership" to see how much the part cost Hopefully not too much!
