Go with option 2. Don't waste your money on gofast parts for an is250. If your really want to go fast save up for a nice down payment and trade in your 250 for a 350(or some other sports car).
Make sure you do your research on lowering an AWD IS250. The front axles can cause issues. Look into getting RCA lowering block...

Im aware of the many issues associated with lowering, and am hoping to avoid all of them (25" fender to ground safety margin?) With regards to the lowering block, idk if it'll help... it seems like an experimental thing at this point as not that many ppl have installed it, or have described drastic decreases in vibration / wobbling. and the few that have, im not so sure its sure fix.... all 2is awds seem to act differently! ->some say they had vibrations with stock suspension, while others slammed to the ground have no vibrations or wobbles at all!
