decided to go for linea corse wheels 818 but

I have heard problems with the finish it starts chip off so im thinking of powder coating them red like a wine red or bright. Would do you think Would it matched good with my car being mica grey and also i will be going with a slightly stretch tires with these wheels 225/35/19 front and 255/35/19 rear with bc coils will i have any problems with clearance if i go low . ?
