No, not sure. Probably only for the previous years.

There is a level check access point. After the tranny fluid is up to temp (as I recall, 105min to 120max) and the gears are cycled, fluid should weep from that access point. Usually a scan tool (Techstream) is used to determine the operating temp of the fluid; however, there is a post here on CL that details how to put the tranny into a self-test, without the tool. This is an extremely easy procedure for anyone mechanically inclined.

I’m not a mechanic, but my buddy (ASE Master) and I recently changed all the fluids, including the tranny.

I bought my IS250 2012 brand new and as of today, I have no such recall so you should be fine.

I have had 7 Lexus autos in past 25 years and have never once had a Lexus dealer do any of the various mileage maintenance services. I always found a local shop that would do the ones i needed for so much less money than Lexus wanted it was ridiculous. I currently have a 2015 RX350 with 28000 miles on it and plan to have the oil changed , various filters replaced and maybe the brake fluid changed(which i have never had done on any Lexus i have owned)....my local oil change shop quoted me $39 to replace brake fluid and $15 apiece to change the spark plugs if i supply the plugs which i will do ,but not at 30000 miles. Finally, i have always maintained all of my cars with oil and filter changes every 3000 miles and used local tire shops for tires, rotation, balance and front end alignment and never had a problem....nor have i EVER had a warranty problem. I have bought everything from new to CPO to simply used Lexuses ....had a battery go out on one at 100,000 miles and had a recall for an oil leak on an ES350 and that is all . My documentation of service records for each car have never been questioned by any Lexus dealer and i have bought cars from at least 5 different Lexus dealers. I had a 2003 RX300 that needed a 90,000 mile service which is extensive...replace belts , timing chain etcetc...Got a price from Lexus of $1400...got it done at my local repair shop for $900....traded the car at 134,000 miles. Love Lexus autos but dont use their inflated cost services unless i have absolutely no alternative choice. Just sayin!
