I don't really understand the circumstances of the accident. You're claiming that allstate replaced the parts with OEM, but it wasn't your car? And you were at fault?

If you're not at fault then obviously as long as you make sure of it, the other insurance company will pay for OEM parts. If you do a simple search of "allstate oem parts" on google you'll see a bunch of articles and posts from different forums of allstate NOT replacing parts with OEM, but with non-OEM parts.

It was my sisters car and she was the driver, that's why I'm saying it's not my fault. A person without any insurance hit her and Allstate covered everything with OEM parts.
