Unhappy My last mod got delay!

Hi guys, I have own my car for seven years now, and alway baby it, and some small changes to it too, and I decide to get a new wheels for my car and it would be my last mod to my car, because I have an eye on the new RC 350 sport, so I don't want spend any more money on this car as far as modding, long story short I ordered the Vossen VFS1, and was excited to receive the wheels, and it finally came yesterday, when I opened them this morning to inspect and make sure they are good to go but what I found was the wheels previously mounted, they have some tiny nicks in the back lips and some rubber marks on the lips too, I am not try to be picky, but I paid for the brand new wheels price not the mounted wheels price, I hope Vossen have to do something with this here some pics of my car before my last wheels will be on and some pics of the wheels that shown all the mounting nicks and rubber marks

Yeah, I'd not expect ANY damages to the visible lip portion of the wheel. Definitely looks like the wheel in the pic was mounted onto something at one time. Bummer.

I'd get new wheels. Unacceptable. Period.

And don't accept re-polished wheels either.

I like the old wheels too. I'd mention something to them. They're a serious vendor here on CL. Sorry to hear but they were already mounted.

Thank you for step in the matter seriously, I did contact the vendor and they might have contact you earlier today, and they said they will taking care of this problem, thanks for been a great customer services, and hopefully I would get my new wheels in soon

Ps: does anyone want to know about the weight of these wheels? 20"x9" is 26.2 lbs and 20x10.5" is 25.6 lbs which is surprise me that they are weight less than our stock 18" wheels
