Default How to remove B pillar trim?

I've had some terrible wind noise from my passenger side ever since I bought my used IS350.
I initially thought it was coming from the window, though I've tried several remedies, (disassembling the door, taping off various parts of the exterior, moving the side mirror) none of which seem to have made a difference.

Now I'm going to tear into the B pillar (where the seatbelt is mounted), but I don't know how it comes apart. Any tutorials?

1. Pull front and rear sills from car.
2. Pull plastic lower portion of B pillar.
3. Unscrew 2 black screws near bottom of the upper B pillar.
4. Gently pull upper B pillar out towards bottom.

Hope this helps

By the "front sills", I assume those are the scuff plates in the doorjambs?
Thanks!
