Will Lexus ES350 rims fit on an IS350?

The rims are 17in w/ 45 offset, basically the same as the stock 17in rims that come on the IS350 but the width is an inch shorter (7 vs 8), would this affect break clearance? I know the IS350 has bigger brakes then the ES350.

im almost willing to bet no. considering brake clearance alone. wheel height/width/offset has nothing to do with it. brake clearance will be the issue
