people change oil far more frequently than they need to. I change mine once a year, but I don't put that many miles on it. I'd change about every 10k miles or 1 year whichever came first if I were close to that many miles.
I use amsoil. This is from their site for the signature series synthetic.

5w30 or 0w20, I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to change to 0w20, wait till the next oil change is needed.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt changing transmission fluid after 60k on "15k" intervals too often? Dealer charges over $300 for each transmission fluid change....

I respectfully disagree with this recommendation. 60k and then every 15k for transmission service is overkill and complete waste of money. The guy who tested the old transmission fluid at 100k miles in a lab still has excellent result. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-analyzed.html

I would suggest may be 100k miles, and then every 50k miles after that.
