Default After Alternator Install

Ok guys, i just installed a new alternator and I seem to have lost all my settings. Thanks to searching, I was able to reset my windows and moonroof, and get my gps map to rotate when i turn. However, the floor LED light only seems to work on the driver side and not the passenger. Is there any way to turn this on again? Cant seem to figure it out. Thanks.

Bump. Anyone? im talking about the lights that illuminate your feet, not the Lexus logo when you open the door. Thanks.

Well, you would've reset the vehicle when you unplugged the battery. So naturally you would loose all your settings. As for the light, something must've gone out. It happens. This all seems rather normal to me...
