Default IS 250 Grinding Noise HELP

I have a 2009 is250. When i am going over 40mph and turn slightly to the right i feel this slight grinding vibration at my feet and in the steering wheel. Also at lower speeds if i am turning slightly to the left or right (moving the wheel about two inches either way) it tends to snap back to centered. Has anybody else experienced this or know what could be causes either of these issues?? Thanks!

First thing first. Is it a rwd or the awd model? To me, I would check the steering ecu and the front brakes.
