Default eBay IS-F Mesh Grill Replica

Can anyone lean me in the direction of picking a good mesh grill from eBay? Or let me know if this is any good? http://www.ebay.com/itm/06-08-LEXUS-IS250-IS350-IS-F-STYLE-FRONT-BUMPER-MESH-GRILLE-BLACK-/191002344237?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AIS250&hash=item2c78a07b2d&vxp=mtr
Trying to get my car modded just a bit on the exterior

Thanks CL Members!

If you have the correct year as stated then you'll be good with that one.

Oh my bad, I have an 2008 yea!

Has that one got any good reviews haha, and how would I go about taking the emblem off of my OEM one?

I've tried to look it up but can't really seem to get an answer!

Thanks for the quick reply

Nice any tips on installation? Or transferring emblems! I can't wait to get it!

I would have gone with this one:

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/06-08Lexus-IS...48c681&vxp=mtr

You can remove the emblem if you would like. Nice to have options.

I used an exacto-knife blade and slowly slid it inbetween the emblem and plastic and it came out quite easily. Be careful as there are 2 little plastic nubs that help keep it aligned. I ended up cutting one off. No bid deal though.

Use 3M double sided tape (gray stuff) to put it back on.

You do NOT need to remove the bumper to remove the grille. Some people seem to think you do need to.

You're the best man! Thanks! I would totally go for that grill but the price is a little on the high side...for me at least.

And is the exacto knife the best option you think? I might just end up buying a badgeless grill from someone on here maybe which totals both grills at 100$~ and I have this 3M tape that looks red (from ebay, double sided automotive acrylic) do you think that'd be okay?

Thanks a ton man!

I spent like $50 on eBay for it. Installation pretty straight forward pops right out pretty easy. Painted the frame around it black to match as well! eBay IS-F Mesh Grill Replica-image-526183260.jpg I happen to have this picture..

Its fairly easy ... just don't try and force it. Its held on by a bunch of tabs and it just slides forward towards you.

I recommend taking the grille insert and surround out together ... then once you have it out, you can easily pop out your stock insert, replace it with your new one, then slide the whole thing back into your bumper. Trying to take out the insert alone is much harder and trickier.
