Default Problems w/ Turn Signal & Hazards

I am stuck and don't know what else my problem could be. I have no function with my turn signals or hazards, other than a rapid clicking at the relay when they are switched on. I have replaced the relay and checked all my fuses, with no luck. The indicators on the interment cluster do not illuminate either. The turn signal stalk works like normal; after I turn, it goes back into the normal position .

Lexus said over the phone that they think maybe every one of my lights went out at once...

Can anyone help?

I still have no idea what my problem could be. I was told that it is most likely a module that went bad, but I cannot find a part.

^^I nevered encountered this problem on my is350 but had encounter something similar on my previous 03 camry. Check and make sure all your bulbs are working, including the rear. When i fixed mines, my driver rear passenger side breaking bulb was not illuminating. It did illuminate when i turned on all the lights but failed to illuminate the stop pedal braking light. Hope this helps you.

quick update none of the lights were blown. i went under the dash test lighted all the fuses and they magically started working again. i guess one of the fuses loosened up enough where it wasnt making full contact. works for a few days now we will see what happens in the future

I was experiencing the exact same condition. After seeing this thread, I went through all 4 fuse boxes pushing in all the fuses to make sure they are seated properly. I also replaced the turn signal fuse even though it appeared good. And.... the turn signals are functioning again.
